Apparently influencers still haven’t learned to actually read the pamphlets that are given out — or read beyond the propaganda that may be in them. Over the weekend, many influencers (some of them I actually know myself) showed up in Saudi Arabia top promote a bizarre music festival.
That festival while it may appear interesting came at a time that Saudi Arabia is under renewed criticism for severe human rights violations; abuse of women, and other various very real issues. But cash right?
According to Buzzfeed News, many of New York ‘s most popular influencers showed up at the MDL Beast festival in Riyadh.
