Because let’s be totally fucking honest — the NYPD would love to go back to prosecuting marijuana crimes like the good ol days. According to the New York Post, NYPD’s top brass revealed on Sunday that Tessa Majors was believed to be in Morningside Park to buy marijuana the night she was murdered.
But that wasn’t all that they revealed. The Post reports that officials believe marijuana is the “common denominator” between the three boys believed to be responsible for her murder and why she was there to begin with.
Can someone please inform the NYPD that marijuana is not to blame for the heinous acts of three criminals who deserve whatever happens to them for what they did. Please.
