It took a while but two K-Pop burnouts are finally getting their day in justice because of what they helped do on the internet.
According to the BBC, Jung Joon-young and Choi Jong-hoon have been respectively sentenced to six and five years in prison for gang raping unconscious women and filming it for the internet.
Jung, 30, previously quit the music business earlier this year after openly admitting what he had done. To add context to the seriousness here, the acts were described this way by the judge overseeing the case: the women were “drunk and unable to resist, filmed them nude and having sex, then spread it on a group chat”.
