Transport London has had enough of Uber and as of today it appears they’ve not granted the troubled transportation company a new license. According to officials, Uber has been “plagued by a number of continued safety concerns and remains a safety concern. Therefore we could not grant them a new license.”
Transportation officials have also laid claims that Uber violated locale laws by allowing more than 14k trips by fraudulent drivers to take place. Uber can continue to operate but only up to 21 days while it appeals the decision — after that Uber’s future remains murky.
