US officials in the state of California have issued a public health warning regarding romaince lettuce in the area. Officials say that romaine lettuce packaged and delivered anywhere in the Salinas area should not be consumed whatsoever. The FDA is investigating an e-coli outbreak that has sickened almost 40 people in at least 12 different states.
