Because well you know sometimes people do things with good intentions on the brain, however, the end result is a little more controversial than they probably intended. In South Dakota, officials are learning the hard way that sometimes you should probably double-check an advertisement of any kind before it gets released to the masses.
“The mission of the campaign is to raise awareness — to get people talking about how they can be part of the solution and not just the problem,” Gov. Kristi Noem said.
That response is a response to the backlash surrounding a particular “Meth” ad to counter a startling problem in the state. The ad, however, kind of uh fumbled its message and instead appears to suggest that people are actually using meth.
