Turkey ‘s invasion of Syria continues today for its 3rd day. And on its 3rd day, some of the casualties are finally being reported. According to international aid groups, more than 23 people have died already including a baby. Reuters reports that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has managed to get on ground in the area, whereas, the offensive is already just as many had imagined.

Turkish President Erdogan has since claimed that Turkish soldiers have no intention of going further than 19 miles into the region, although, that may not be totally believable. Erdogan claimed on Twitter on Friday that the country had neutralised several dozen terrorists, but would not elaborate on who or what they deemed to actually be a terrorist.
