In the life of Kodak Black, one must wonder if he’s actually on a semi regular conquest to stay behind bars. Black is already jailed on sexual assault charges dating back to 2016.
This week the hip hop community learned that Black had plead guilty to federal weapons charges weeks after his arrest. He was originally arrested by federal agents at the Rolling Loud Festival.
Complex Magazine reports that these gun charges appear to revolve around the fact that he knowingly lied to gun distributors in Florida. Once in January of this year and again months later.
He is scheduled to be arraigned officially in November and faces a maximum of up to 10 years in prison and a $250k fine.
