The following documents have been obtained by The Daily News. In a 100+ page docket, Morehouse College is currently and has been quietly battling a lawsuit that claims they wilfully and with knowledge ignored claims that their students were being sexually harassed.
The suit names top brass among school officials, and, offers up even more details than were previously known as news broke of the allegations on Wednesday.
