BAD NEWS for Lori Loughlin. In the midst of failing to agree to a plea deal; refusing to admit guilt, and then yeah.. she and hubby Mossimo are now looking at 40 years in prison. Reports claim that the couple has been additionally charged with money laundering, and, conspiracy to commit fraud charges.
Meanwhile, her fellow co-conspirators including Felicity Huffman have all taken plea deals to avoid hefty prison sentences. Huffman will likely spend four months behind bars for her part in the college scam.
Loughlin is otherwise “pretty bewildered” at the idea that Aunt Becky isn’t immune to the law and could actually go to jail.
