Henri Bendel is no more. After more than 120 years in working style, the iconic store has announced that it will be closing all of its remaining stores and pretty much collecting what’s left of its assets.
The stores’ parent company confirmed on Saturday that after 123 years,  the iconic 5th avenue location, would be closing.  So what’s the deal? Per execs,  stocks have plummeted at the store by nearly 60% — and it was the right time to signal closing.
