According to the New York Times, the two survivors from Trump ‘s most recent attack on a Venezuelan drug-ship have been detained and will be sent back to their home countries. The Times notes that the pair, who are from Colombia and Ecuador were rescued from the water after the strike by helicopter before being taken to the then nearby USS Iowa Jima.
Both men are expected to face detention and prosecution in their home countries.
