Big trouble for Jimmy Kimmel. According to reports, ABC has suspended the comedian from his show over a series of remarks he made about the death of Kirk. He is the latest example of what the far-right calls the far-left being cancelled. Members of the far-right have been targeting those who make comments (of any sorts) about Kirk’s passing. Some reports even claim that Attorney General Pam Bondi now claims that talking about Kirk is hate speech.

The Lowdown

American TV host Jimmy Kimmel will for the foreseeable future be off the air. According to reports, ABC suspended Kimmel following comments he made about the murder of far-right influencer Charlie Kirk. During his most recent episode, Kimmel appeared to suggest that people in MAGA world were capitalizing off of the murder of Kirk. The comments quickly didn’t go over well with some stations swiftly announcing that they’d no longer air the show as a result of his comments. Unfortunately for Kimmel, ABC appears to have moved fast following complaints from Nextstar Communications Group who announced on Wednesday that Kimmel ‘s show would be off air beginning Wednesday.
