In Hollywood today new developments in the criminal case against rapper Lil Nas X. Last week he was found wandering down a busy LA street in his tidy whities (and later nude) before charging at police officers.

Lil Nas X whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill is finding out that there are consequences to charging at police officers. According to the case against the 26-year-old rapper, he pleaded not guilty to three felony counts of battery with injury on a police officer and one felony count of resisting an executive officer.
During his arraignment on Monday he also footed the bill for his $75,000 bail.
“Attacking police officers is more than just a crime against those individuals but a direct threat to public safety,” Nathan J. Hochman, the Los Angeles County District Attorney, said in a news release. “Anyone who assaults law enforcement will face serious consequences, no matter who they are or how famous they may be.”
