Man arrested in Virginia after intentionally driving his SUV into crowd of protesters

America ‘s ‘No Kings’ protests were as expected largely peaceful except for a select few agitators.  Perhaps the most telling comes by way of Culpepper Virginia where a man is accused of intentionally driving his SUV into a crowd of demonstrators.

The Lowdown

According to a press release by local police, the driver has been identified as Joselph R. Checklick Jr, 21, of the Culpepper area. Police say that during the weekend ‘No Kings’ protests in the area he intentionally drove his SUV through a crowd of demonstrators as the protests were simmering down. Per the release, there were no injuries reported though at least one person was actually struck with the vehicle.
