The group of brazen inmates who escaped from New Orleans main jail remain at large this evening. According to reports, officials are investigating the incident as an ‘inside job’ with increased rewards leading to a capture.

7 remaining inmates remain on the run today following a brazen escape from New Orleans main jail complex over the weekend. The inmates per officials were awaiting trial on murder and burglary charges. The group escaped from New Orleans main jail reportedly through a hole, though officials now suspect that the incidetnt at least in part may have been an inside job.
Of those still on the loose they have been identified per the FBI as Jermaine Donald, Antoine Massey, Leo Tate, Lenton Vanburen, Derrick Groves, Gary Price, and Corey Boyd.
The remaining 3 have already been captured according to officials during a news conference heldo ver the weekend. One was captured in French quarter, another was tracked down after a Crimestoppers tip, and the last near the Chef Menteur Highway. Per police the group managed to break out of prison after breaking through a cell wall — behind a toilet — and then scaled a fence using blankets.
