America’s least favorite state superintendent is back in the headlines. According to reports, Ryan Walters is front and centre once more with a host of changed to statewide school curriculum in order to further curry favor with Donald Trump.

The Lowdown

Instead of focusing on core educational topics, Oklahoma is speeding towards taking kids down rabbit holes full of misinformation. According to reports, Ryan Walters has once again implemented a host of statewide curriculum changes at schools that have sparked outrage. The changes relate to social studies in which students will now be required to identify so-called discrepancies related to the 2020 election (the election was not stolen and such a claim has never been proven.)

According to material reviewed by Bazaar Daily the changes are as follows.

OLD: ‘Examine issues related to the election of 2020 and its outcome.”

NEW: “Identify discrepancies in 2020 elections results by looking at graphs and other information, including the sudden halting of ballot-counting in select cities in key battleground states, the security risks of mail-in balloting, sudden batch dumps, an unforeseen record number of voters, and the unprecedented contradiction of ‘bellwether county’ trends.”
