Day 2 marked yet another critical day in court in the trial of Diddy. Yesterday, during jury selection, jurors were quizzed on their own pasts involving sexual assault. The questions posed were also posed about potential family members; friends, or other and also included questions about domestic violence and sexual harassment. In case it couldn’t get any deeper, it does, they were also asked if any of the above had ever been charged or accused of such crimes.
At one point during the day, potential jurors were also asked if they had ever basically encountered anything about Combs on social media or online and how did they interact with that commentary.
The questionaire posed by the defense also wanted to know whether or not jurors were open-minded to ‘alternative sexual lifestyles.’ Combs on 2 May turned down a potential plea deal and is now staring down the barrel of spending his life in prison if convicted.
