Pope Francis’s ongoing battle with a respiratory illness has worsened. According to reports, the pontiff is now listed in critical condition.

 According to the latest information about the Pope ‘s condition, Francis is now listed in critical condition as he continues to fight an asthmatic respiratory crisis. Â
The AP reports that despite being ‘ok’ a few days ago,  he has since required ‘high levels’ of oxygen. Francis has been hospitalized for upwards of a week and has received a blood transfusion.
