Man accused of making threats towards NYC synagogue stopped attempting to enter NYC

A man with a documented history of making threats towards others nearly made his way into New York City over the weekend.

The Lowdown

According to ABC 7, a Utah man with a documented online history of making varying kinds of threats, particularly towards synagogues was stopped on Friday by cops in Manhattan at the Lincoln Tunnel. The man Luis Ramirez wanted to target synagogues in Manhattan and had mentioned doing so several times online in his social media. He intentionally wanted to target the Central Synagogue on Lexington Avenue.
