A pair of executive orders signed Friday are the latest in a line of orders that all Americans should be aware of. According to the latest order, Trump’s DOJ will not enforce the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, or “FACE Act.”

The Lowdown

Trump argues that the law unfairly targets conservatives (who are often the culprits behind those sitting outside abortion clinics.) But his belief appears to be set to take a new height as according to reports the rule within that rule that bars people from harassing women going into said clinics will not be enforced. This means that you should take extra precautions if you are going into any clinic that performs abortions.

The news comes as Trump ‘s DOJ has all but wiped recent cases involving the act. In one case that was wiped, a man was charged after he unlawfully trespassed and then barricaded himself into the restroom of a Planned Parenthood location back in 2021.

Prior to that, on Thursday, Trump pardoned at least 23 people who had previously been convicted under the FACE Act.
