Following weeks of controversies that have overshadowed Labour ‘s government, Gray is out and a new face is being ushered in.

The Lowdown

According to No 10, Sue Gray is out in her position as Kier Starmer ‘s Chief of Staff. Over the weekend, No 10 announced that in her place Morgan McSweeney will assume the role of COS. Gray notably penned the dual report on the actions (ahem, parties) inside Downing Street during the pandemic that sparked intense criticism.
