Despite general fears of a toilet paper shortage — the maker of Charmin and others have come forward with reassurances that supplies will last.

According to reports, the trade association representing the makers of everything from facial tissue to toilet paper — has downplayed concerns of a shortage. Per official statistics, more than 98% of such items consumed happens in America.

The small portion that doesn’t either comes from Canada or Mexico and is usually brought in by train. Ships out of the equation means the supply of toilet paper isn’t affected.
