The Lowdown
According to Bazaar America, Diddy was arrested by Homeland Security agents on Monday after a months-long investigation. The arrest comes after Diddy lost custody of his passport in April amid speculation that an indictment was coming.
Reports also suggest that Diddy attempted to turn himself in to authorities in NYC after traveling there in his own accord but they weren’t biting. Federal authorities were reportedly seeking an arrest rather than a surrender.
The case being overseen by Manhattan federal Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky is set to be dramatic. Diddy is accused of sexual abusing numerous women at events hosted by Diddy that were called Freak Offs. He has been ordered held without bail.
In reference to those parties, Diddy is accused of forcing women into obscene sexual acts with male prostitutes he would hire and then record what happened.
A lawyer for Combs Marc Agnifilo during the hearing shockingly attempted to blame Cassie for being assaulted by Diddy.
