Trouble in paradise for one Mike Lindell and his MyPillow company. According to reports, DHL is taking Lindell to court in an effort to get him to cough up on unpaid bills.
The Lowdown
According to the suit filed in Hennepin County District Court in Minneapolis on Monday, the DHL company claims that the company hasn’t kept up its contractual obligations. Some of those obligations include paying for parcels within 15 calendar days of receiving a formal bill.
The docs revealed that last year a settlement was reached in the amount of $775,000 to be paid via a payment plan over 24 months.
Even with the good will gesture, Lindell still hasn’t reportedly paid his bills. The company is seeking upwards of $799,925.59 including fines and interest. Lindell on his part has claimed he doesn’t know what the lawsuit is about.
Only one payment in the amount of $64,583.34 was received in June with the remainder well overdue.
