Disgraced Diddy is back in the news. According to reports, former Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard is the latest to sue Diddy for alleged sexual assault and inhumane treatment.
Dawn Richard was formerly signed to Bad Boy Records having joined Danity Kane in 2005.
The Lowdown
According to lawsuit documents obtained by Page Six, Richard has filed suit against Diddy claiming that during her time signed to Bad Boy Records he was anything but polite. In some instances, Richard claims that he would refer to others as ‘fat’ and ‘bitches’ and ‘hoes’ before often forcing others to work for 48 hours straight. Richard also claims that she witnessed Cassie being assaulted on numerous occasions during her tenure.
In another instance, between 2009 and 2011 when Richard joined Diddy in his group Dirty Money where he later allegedly sexually assaulted her on numerous occasions. Those instances also included unwanted touching; groping her breasts, and touching her butt without consent.
Richard is the latest to join the long list of women who have accused Diddy of wrongdoing.
