New details continue to surface regarding the many corruption allegations surrounding Eric Adams, his campaign, associates, and even allies. According to the latest details, it is now known at least partially why the feds swooped in.

The Lowdown

Deputy Mayor of Public Safety Phil Banks specifically is being investigated following allegations that he may have had a hand in influencing city contracts that may have benefitted his brother. Federal authorities are also taking a peek at Tim Pearson, a former NYPD inspector and whether or or not he had a hand in the entire ordeal.
