4. A huge privacy breach for therapy patients. According to reports, a massive data leak containing session info; driver licenses, and even video footage of the recorded session has found its way online.

Bazaar Daily managed to confirm the existence of the file. However, we aren’t sharing that here for obvious reasons. If you’re a therapy patient in-person or even telehealth, it wouldn’t hurt to double check your data privacy and such with your provider.

Here’s what to know:

• The leak hasexposed logsand the likefor some 1.6m therapy patients.
• The leak includes logs; writings, and visible footage from what would be recorded sessions between patient and provider.
• The massive data leak is about 5.3 terabytes.
• Confidant Health the provider in question reportedly left the file containing all of this information ‘in a non protected folder.’
