Former mafia hitman sentenced to 25 years in prison for bludgeoning James Whitey Bulger

A former mafia hitman has learned his fate in the 2018 bludgeoning murder of notorious gangster Whitey Bulger.

The Lowdown

According to reports, Fotios Geas the hitman fatally bludgeoned James ‘Whitey’ Bulger the notorious gangster back in October 2018. At the time, he used a lock attached to a belt later attacking the then 89-year-old infamous criminal. Bulger had arrived at Hazelton in October 2018 from another prison in the weeks leading up to the attack.

Geas was already serving a life sentence when he was sentenced to 25 years on Friday.
