Police in Germany are scouring the streets for a reported criminal accused of a mass stabbing attack. According to reports, the attacks occurred in the city of Solingen.

Crowds and festival-goers had gathered in the Fronhof square to celebrate the festival of diversity at the time of the attacks. Police have reportedly determined that it was a deliberate attack.
