Disgraced Trump croney Peter Navarro is headed behind bars. Navarro however is desperately playing his hand to prevent such from happening.

According to an emergency application, Navarro is reportefly asking the Supreme Court to stop his prison sentence allowing him to remain free while he appeals. Navarro is facing down a four month prison sentence over his failure to appear before a Congressional subpoena.
