A German military memo and document uncovered this week appears to confirm that the country is preparing for an attack by Russia against NATO territory between now and 2025.
The Lowdown
According to what we’ve learned, leaked plans from Germany ‘s Ministry of Defence have revealed that the country is preparing for an inevitable attack by Russian military forces. The attack is rumored to ‘take place’ between now and 2025 according to the documents first reported by German newspaper Bild. The same documents appear to confirm longtime suspicions that any attack by Russia would come out of Belarus rather than Moscow.
According to Bild (and our translation efforts) the document is called Project Defence 2025.
