The Little Mermaid starring Halle Bailey has swum its way to a massive opening weekend. According to reports, the film is expected to enjoy total sales of more than $104m this weekend. Early estimates show that the film by Disney raked in $48.3m on Friday alone making for quite an impressive opening day.
