Likely further igniting Trump ‘s fury. According to reports, a federal court has made way for the IRS to move closer to handing over Trump’s controversial and mysterious tax returns to Congress. This means that unless Donald Trump appeals (and he likely will) to the Supreme Court to stop the handover. It has been one of D.C ‘s longest-running cases against Trump which he has furiously tried to prevent from happening.
The three person federal appeals court ultimately found that the request for such to happen was ‘legitimate’ despite Trump ‘s own claims that it was an overstepping of justice.
