American Airlines announces that on international flights first-class seats are ceasing to exist

American Airlines has announced that in favour of more business class seats it is doing away with international based first class seats. According to the airline, folks have just simply noticed that people aren’t shelling out for first anymore but instead for business because after all it does offer a little more privacy.

“First class will not exist on the 777, or for that matter at American Airlines, for the simple reason that our customers aren’t buying it,” American executive Vasu Raja said Thursday during an investor call, Insider reports.
