Complicating the war on abortion even further. According to reports, the U.S Supreme Court has declined to hear a Rhode Island case that would’ve thrown a deep wrench into the fight to protect women’s reproductive rights and access to abortion. The case involved whether or not fetuses should be granted constitutional rights as if they were a human presently in the world.
