Pray for Puerto Rico is once coming to mind once again. Years after Hurricane Maria devastated the island Fiona has arrived and is has already knocked out power across the island. Videos are now beginning to surface from social media users across the area. President Joe Biden has declared an emergency and ordered FEMA to respond while he was overseas in London at the reception for the Queen ‘s funeral.
