Payton Gendron the Buffalo guy who opened fire in a predominately Black and Brown neighborhood at a grocery store has been charged. For his crime of targeting the Tops grocery market in Buffalo, he has been charged with 10 counts of hate crimes resulting in death, 13 counts of using, carrying, or discharging a firearm in relation to hate crimes and other related charges.
The charges were announced Thursday by the Departmnt of Justice.
