Mcdonald’s made everyone into a Sprite survivor only to kill the $1 drink all together

If you’ve ever drank a Sprite from McDonald’s chances are you’ve probably felt a cross between a porcupine on your tongue and a hard slap in the face. According to reports, the franchisees and their counterparts of more than 56 US markets are preparing to shutter the famous $1 any-size drink deal.

For example, a small drink still costs $1 at some locations, but a medium is $1.29 or $1.39 and a large is $1.49 or $1.69. It is understood that Mcdonald’s will not be applying this to all places. Some franchisees are blaming it on inflation.
