Megs, The Duchess of Sussex, has filed a motion in the lawsuit brought by her sister against her in an effort to have a Florida court dismiss the case all together. According to Buzzfeed News, Markle now argues that all of the claims brought on by Samantha Markle are “demonstrably false” and that Markle herself should be responsible for Meghan ‘s legal fees.
“We feel confident that we’ll survive a motion to dismiss based on the allegations and the specific falsities that were made by [the duchess],” Markle’s attorney Jamie Sasson told BuzzFeed News Friday.
