Arresting documents in the case revealed Wednesday that the GoT alum has been charged with child porn related crimes after sexually explicit messages turned up between Gatt and the child via the internet. Prosecutors maintain that Gatt knowingly engaged in out-of-state explicit communications with children. The actor was first detained on 6 April amid an investigation by the LAPD to determine if there were any further victims.
TMZ reports that he was released on $5,000 bail the same day as the original arrest.
