Against the backdrop of yet another alteration to bail and jail laws across New York — New York City has experienced yet another violent incident. According to the NYPD, a man was violently stabbed in the head last night in what police say was an unprovoked attack shortly after 2:45 am. The attack happened just outside of 425 Broome Street when the victim was approached from behind and someone plunged a sharp object into the man’s head.
