Anybody and most people who know their way around a kitchen probably were a bit taken back this week if they’ve seen the now widely mocked video of American actress Paula Patton frying chicken in her home. In the video, Patton says she is whipping up about 187 chicken wings for her son’s school.
The video however appeared to show Patton not properly rinsing or washing her chicken and furthermore somehow managing to season the cooking oil rather than the wings themselves.
The US actress posted a video response Tuesday from Mexico, where she was vacationing with her son.Â
“I just wanted to respond and say listen, I get it,” she said in the video which was captioned “Peace, love and fried chicken.” “It might look crazy. It is the way we do it. My mom taught me.”
