Germany; Austria, and Switzerland are all poised to drop or ease their version of COVID restrictions as cases continue to peak in the region. According to Al Jazeera, the three countries have paid close attention to local case numbers and decided it might be time to make some changes.

Chancellor Olaf Scholz made it clear however that despite Germany lifting some restrictions that people weren’t out of the clear yet.
