As a result of that, they’re offering what they’re calling next-day job offers for those qualified. The company says that those who are hit for a fit will be contacted within 24 hours. The company is seeking to hire at least 100,000 associates across various departments before its usually busy Spring season arrives at breakneck speed.
The company also offers including upskilling programs, tuition reimbursement, a cash bonus program and discounted stock purchases.
