In an enormous win for the reality T.V star, Erika Jayne has been freed from at least some of the legal troubles surrounding her former husband Tom Girardi. According to Us Magazine, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 50, was dismissed from the case this week without prejudice or costs.
“Pursuant to stipulation, plaintiff’s claims against defendants EJ Global LLC and Erika Girardi are dismissed without prejudice and without costs,” according to the Saturday, January 29, court docs filed in the Northern District of Illinois, which Us Weekly obtained.
But it is still unclear if the T.V star will be required to return a pair of $750,000 earrings that were gifted to her about 15 years ago after the trustee in the case demanded she do so. The trustee maintains that the earrings are part of a long-running “money trail” that goes on for a while.
