CBS News anchor and star Gayle King is up for a big contract renewal in the coming months. According to the New York Post, King’s current CBS contract is ending in May and bidding demands have already begun among other networks in an effort to secure her talent.
King currently earns about $9m a year hosting CBS Mornings for the network. That could change or even go significantly higher if bidding wars happen as expected.
