This article is part of our series on the the idea that there are probably forms of life *if not life forms that look eerily like us* somewhere above us light years from the very planet in which I typed this from. One of those worlds known as Alpha Centauri is of profound interest to scientists and astronomers because several believe that the area could host life — but what life that could be remains to be determined.

Regardless of the fact, the fact that NASA is now sending a new telescope into the world to figure out if there are people; life, or anything resembling life in this world has some pretty serious implications that are set to be profound for those on earth.

The project known as TOLIMAN is a fancy new telescope that is set to take a wide-ranging peek into the Centauri system (yes that’s an entirely different world) sometime over the next year or two as things get off the ground over at NASA. A point of interest for the new project is/are any habitable areas or planets that appear to face the habitable side of any neighboring celestial stars or other objects. Habitable planets or areas that appear to be habitable of course are of key interest.
