DIPLO is facing some trouble. According to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and Buzzfeed News, the LA DA ‘s office is looking into whether or not they can charge Diplo over the rape and assault allegations made against him by a 25-year-old woman.
Thomas Wesley Pentz otherwise DIPLO has denied the allegations although it appears the DA ‘s office finds them credible. According to the complaint made previously available, the woman alleges she was raped; recorded without her permission, and then infected with chlamydia.
“We are reviewing the referral and have no further comment at this time,” Rob Wilcox, spokesperson for the LA city attorney, told the outlet.
