In a bombshell decision by the judge presiding over her conservatorship battle, it has been ruled that Jamie Spears must be booted from her conservatorship immediately. In the words of the judge, a declaration that “the current situation is not tenable,” was finally made. It is the latest blow to Jamie Spears’ decade-long control over his daughters life.
On the other hand Jamie himself had just a while ago asked to end it entirely although Spears’ lawyer argues that is because he is trying to avoid any legal ramifications for his alleged illegal actions. Mr Rosengart, Britney ‘s lawyer, argued in court thanks to a New York Times report that Jamie Spears unlawfully bugged Britney ‘s bedroom without her consent.
